This website is operated by Tabaconda LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Florida, USA. The publication name is Orlando School Supply.

2. What data we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the site. If you consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 measure visits. Advertising profiles are not built on our side.

• Planner and portfolio notes. What you type stays in this browser, in localStorage, on your device. That copy is not sent to us.
• Affiliate tracking. When you click Amazon links, Amazon may set cookies on its own domain per its privacy policy.

The only data we process directly is standard web server logs from our CDN provider, Cloudflare, used for security and performance.

3. Cookies

This site uses a first-party consent cookie. If you accept optional cookies, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 set measurement cookies, and Google AdSense may set advertising cookies. Planner notes use localStorage, which is not a cookie. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies. See our Cookie policy.

4. How we process technical data

Cloudflare may process limited technical logs to keep the site available and secure. We do not sell personal information.

6. Your rights (United States)

Tabaconda LLC publishes Orlando School Supply from Florida, United States, for readers in the United States. Personal information is not collected on our servers, so there is typically little data to request.

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a privacy law, you may have the right to know, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. See section 9.

7. Data retention

Personal data is not stored on our servers. Planner and portfolio notes stay on the device that typed them until you clear that browser's storage. Cloudflare may retain technical logs according to its own policy.

8. International transfers

Tabaconda LLC is based in the United States, Florida. Cloudflare may process technical logs in the ordinary course of delivering the site.

9. Additional US privacy disclosures

If you are a resident of the United States, these additional disclosures apply under applicable state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. Tabaconda LLC is organised in Florida. Controller status under statutes that apply only to much larger businesses is not claimed.

10. Children's privacy

Grade 1 cards and flashcards run in this browser. A child is not asked for a name, email, or account. Child data is not sold or shared. Personal data from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. COPPA does not require a parent consent flow here because that data is not collected.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
